📅 Booking & Hotel Policies
1. ⏰ What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in begins at 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon). If you arrive early or leave late, our 24-hour front desk is happy to store your luggage securely!
2. 📅 What is the cancellation policy? Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate you book. Most flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 24 to 48 hours before your arrival date. Please check your specific booking confirmation for exact details.
3. 🐾 Are pets allowed at the hotel? Yes! Small pets are generally welcome at Hôtel Eiffel Seine. We recommend contacting the hotel directly at the time of booking to confirm, as a small nightly pet fee may apply.
4. 🚭 Is this a non-smoking hotel? Absolutely. To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, Hôtel Eiffel Seine is a 100% non-smoking property, including all guest rooms and indoor public areas.

6. 🗼 How far is the hotel from the Eiffel Tower? You are in the perfect spot! The Eiffel Tower is just 600 meters away, making it a beautiful and easy 7 to 10-minute walk from our front door.
7. 🚇 What is the nearest Metro station? The Bir-Hakeim Metro Station (Line 6) is located just steps from the hotel, and Dupleix (Line 8) is also within a short walking distance, giving you direct access to the entire Parisian transit network.
8. 🅿️ Is there parking available at the hotel? Due to our central Parisian location, we do not have a private on-site garage. However, there is secure public parking (Vinci Park) located very close to the hotel, as well as paid street parking along the boulevard.
9. ✈️ How do I get to the hotel from CDG or Orly airports? While we do not offer a private shuttle, getting here is easy! You can take a direct taxi/Uber (approx. 45-60 mins), or use the RER B train from CDG combined with the Metro. Our reception team can help arrange a taxi for you upon request.
10. 🥐 Are there restaurants and grocery stores nearby? Yes! The 15th arrondissement is a vibrant, authentic neighborhood. You will find dozens of fantastic local bistros, cafés, bakeries, and the famous Rue Cler market street just a short stroll away.

11. ❄️ Do the rooms have air conditioning? Yes, all 45 of our boutique rooms are equipped with individual climate control, ensuring you stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
12. 🤫 Are the rooms noisy since the hotel is on a main boulevard? Not at all! We have installed premium double-glazed windows in all guest rooms to provide excellent soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep away from the city hum.
13. 📶 Is Wi-Fi free and reliable? Yes, we provide complimentary, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire hotel, including all guest rooms, the lounge, and the breakfast area.
14. 🛗 Is there an elevator in the building? Yes. Opened in 2005 and thoughtfully designed, our 6-story building features a modern elevator that services all floors for your convenience.
15. 👨👩👧👦 Do you have family rooms or baby cribs? We offer rooms that can accommodate families, and baby cribs can be provided upon request (subject to availability). Please let us know at the time of booking so we can prepare the room for your little one!
16. 🎨 What is the style of the room decor? Our rooms feature a unique Art Nouveau-inspired design, showcasing bespoke furniture, rich patterns, and artwork inspired by the legendary Gustav Klimt, giving your stay a truly artistic Parisian flair.

18. 🍽️ Does the hotel have a restaurant for lunch or dinner? We specialize in serving fantastic breakfasts but do not have a full-service restaurant for lunch or dinner. However, our knowledgeable concierge team would love to recommend and book tables at the best local neighborhood bistros for you!
19. 🍷 Is there a bar or lounge area to relax in? Yes! We have a stylish on-site bar and lounge area featuring our signature Art Nouveau decor. It is the perfect intimate spot to enjoy a glass of French wine or a classic cocktail after a long day of sightseeing.
20. 🧳 Can you store my luggage if I arrive before check-in? Absolutely! Our 24-hour front desk offers secure luggage storage facilities, allowing you to drop your bags and immediately start exploring the nearby Eiffel Tower and Seine riverbanks hassle-free.
